Everyone keeps insisting that I post my homemade mac-n-cheese recipe. I just recently made at a birthday party, and it was a huge hit! This recipe is great for gatherings or just a cozy night at home. Psst, my secret is to add Velveeta cheese to make it extra creamy! Check it out!
Mac and Cheese

*1 TBS Canola Oil
*1 Large Egg
*1 Stick + 1 TBS of Butter
*2 Cups of Half & Half
*1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Jack or Monterey Blend
*1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar
*1/2 Cup of Muenster Cheese (Sliced)
*8 oz Velveeta
*1 LB Cork Screw Marconi Noodle

~First boil noodles till al-dente. KeriCure personally likes using giant cork screw noodles to help the cheese stick, or use your own noodle preference! Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 Degrees for 30 minutes. Add the 1/2 of shredded cheddar on top between 20-25 minutes.~
